Founder's Note

Hey — I’m Gylliam, founder of Wayo.

This all began with a few sketches and an optimistic (okay, slightly delusional) belief that it might actually work. How? Absolutely no f”ng clue. But those first sketches and the idea that they could become reality, a real brand, were enough to kick-start this whole journey. 

I believe everyone has something unique to give. And by Wearing All You Own, you create a positive ripple.

What you wear says a lot about who you are. And with a personal passion for fashion & design, I decided that a clothing brand would be a good vehicle for this maybe naive idea to come to life. 

So here we are. An optimistic, curious and bold crew trying to make a positive impact in the world.

    We are looking for the following roles:

    • Creator/Editor — short-form video, reels/TikTok, story-first edits.
    • Social Media Manager — plans and posts content, engages with comments/DMs, keeps the Crew connected.

    We’re early and growing. If a role isn’t listed, pitch yours.

    If you’re a brand, artist, athlete, creator or company with aligned values, we’d love to explore:

    • Limited collab drops
    • Community events / challenges

FAQ

Do I need a traditional CV?

Not required. if it fits, it fits. We don't care if you went to university, of if you're self-thought. What matters is your motivation & craft. Show us that (links, portfolio, IG, whatever proves you are the right fit).

Is this remote or on‑site?

Hybrid. We’re based in the Netherlands and love in‑person moments for shoots/events. But remote work is perfectly fine for many tasks and the start-up face we are in as a brand.

I’m a student — can this count as an internship/stage?

Yes! Depending on your school’s requirements (Mention this in your email.). We love to work together with young creative minds.

Can I just send an idea?

Yes, always! If you have any idea or request, no matter how specific or unusual, pitch it to us and we’ll listen.
