Conditions
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please note: returns are only accepted if the item:
- Has not been worn
- Has not been washed
- Is in its original condition
- Still has all original tags/labels attached
- (Preferably in the original packaging)
We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.
If your return meets these conditions, just follow the steps below to submit your return request.

1. Send us an email
Email us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Include the following:- Your order number
- Which item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for your return (optional – it helps us improve our products)

2. We will review your request
You’ll hear from us within 1–2 business days.
We’ll check if the return falls within the return period and if the item is eligible. -
3. You will receive a return QR code by email
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a QR code via email.
No printer needed — simply show the QR code at a local drop-off point of the carrier shown on the QR code and hand over your return package.
If possible, use the original packaging and make sure it’s properly sealed. -
4. Refund
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue a refund within 5 business days.
Please note: we deduct a fee (€5 to €8) from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
